Ashleigh Schwarz is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Silverherd Consulting, a Perth-based consultancy specialising in workplace mediation. A Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS), Ashleigh brings over 20 years of HR experience to the mediation table.

Her mediations are structured and impartial, guided by the AMDRAS Code of Ethics, yet always grounded in humanity. By blending professional rigour with deep insight into people and behaviour, Ashleigh enables genuine reflection and meaningful discussion.

Ashleigh takes a considered, deliberately neuroinclusive approach to her practice and remains committed to strengthening it through research and reflective practice.
